With the complicity of Bush and the UN, Sharon the murderer, continues his policy of extermination of the Palestinian people

When the tanks leave Yenin (West Bank), and the journalists and Red Cross personal enter into what's left of the city, they see with horror the massacre that zionism has committed on the Palestinian people. The bodies of women and children are mute witnesses of the true policy of Sharon towards a people who wont abandon their land and resists in a desperate manner for survival against a war machine that is financed by North American imperialism.
What UN functionaries with "horror" today see, had already been denounced by hundreds of thousands of fighters through these last 20 days, there have been demonstrations in all of the countries of the world demanding the immediate retreat of the Israeli troops from the occupied territories. The massacre caused by Israel, is no surprise to the fighters, and it also isn't for the UN and Bush like they want us believe.
The peoples of the world understand today the true character of the Racist-Zionist state of Israel, as the guardian of Imperialism's interests in the Middle East, that to destroy a people and maintain the capitalist stability in the area, does not doubt in committing crimes against humanity comparable with the nazi genocide during the Second World War.
Today while they continue invading the Palestinian cities, murdering fighters, and maintaining the siege on the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, the UN negotiates with Sharon the character of the investigation that needs to take place in Yenin, where he will be guaranteed not to go to the Hague tribunal, accused for the crimes committed in Palestine.
The proof of the crimes committed by Israel against the Palestinian people, is enormous, so much that because of the mobilizations in rejection all over the world, the U.S. has had to accept the formation of an investigation committee, that would allow it to wash its hands in front of its main associate in the Middle East.
While the UN speaks of a commission, it says nothing about the thousands of Palestinians arrested by Israel, which are mostly kids from 12 to 16 years old, and of the tortures to the detained allowed by the tribunals, where they are kept un-communicated for 18 days in torture centers of Sharon.
What's gravest is that the army maintains its offensive over the Palestinian people, entering and leaving the cities with the objective of killing or arresting those who return to their homes after the horror. While declaring that he is ready to enter the "Second Phase" of the offensive, which is enclosing the Palestinian cities to convert them in to real permanent concentration camps, this with the agreement of Yankee Imperialism.
Unfortunately, Arafat giving in to the pressures of Sharon, the UN, and Bush, has condemned to 15 years of jail to four Palestinian fighters accused of the murderer of Israeli tourism minister, Rejavam Zeevi, accepting that they be guarded by British and American soldiers.
The UIT is with all of the fighters of the world, that with mobilization demand the immediate retreat of the Israeli troops from the occupied territories. The defense of the Palestinian people is an immediate task, there will be no peace in the Middle East while the State of Israel, main responsible for the violence in the area, exists. We call to the fighters to have no confidence in the investigation carried forward by the UN, because it has been accomplice of the massacre, by taking no measures to stop it. We call for the formation of an independent commission made up of fighters, worker organizations, democratic and human rights, and personalities like Saramago, so that Sharon be tried and imprisoned immediately.
We support the declarations of Mario Lill, leader of the Brazilian MST who demands that his government break ties with Israel and we call to the peoples to mobilize demanding the Latin American governments, that denounced the genocide coup against the Venezuelan People, and to the European community that denounces the fascist Le Pen in France, to break diplomatic and commercial ties with the State of Israel. And to the Arab governments to join the boycott carried forward by Iraq.
